This grumpy woman was President Febbish's former secretary, but as the story opens she is leaving the White House Staff for "personal reasons". It turns out that Mrs. Feebledower is a spy and has been smuggling top-secret documents out of the White House for some time now.

Mrs. Feebledower is in her mid-50's and is a bit on the plump side. Her orange hair occasionally shows it's white roots. She dresses in very dark flowery prints. Her prime goal in life is to earn enough money as a spy to settle down comfortably for the rest of her life with no one telling her what to do. But as she gets deeper and deeper into the secret organization, her chances of surviving get less and less.
