The Commander in Chief is one of the most pathetic and unassuming characters Harold and Streek will meet. A small man in a well-tailored suit with balding black hair and spectacles, his voice is the very epitome of "wimp" and his actions during America's gravest crisis do nothing to disprove this.

A man completely unprepared for the realities of, well, reality, Febbish is pushed to his limits and beyond when crisis looms, and the people of America are anything but pleased at his less-than-stately manner of handling the Thoolian attack on Earth.

His only anchor is Miss Eclipse. Though there was no doubt as to his intentions for hiring her, their relationship will evolve into a crisis-motivated, barely controlled, passion. Miss Eclipse is perhaps the only person that the President will willingly sacrifice anything for; all others may have to simply fend for themselves.
