The unquestionable leader (no one on-board is authorized to question his authority) of the Thoolian "Ship of Thooles"... And he knows it!

He is a tall, pink, flamingo who speaks in a shrill voice and makes no effort to conceal his enjoyment of the comforts afforded him. The Commander fully expects the cooperation of everyone around him, friend and foe alike, and is often unpleasantly surprised when some people insist on not answering his every beck and call. Like a spoiled child that is the head of his own club, he expects everything to go his way and as soon as possible. The more things get out of hand, the more frustrated the Commander will get, until he becomes virtually helpless.
